Which of these 2 sites is the best for learning JavaScript?

After three months of learning layout on YouTube, it became necessary to start learning JS.
But unfortunately for myself I didn’t find a suitable Russian-language channel where JS would be taught in detail from scratch, apparently I didn’t search well, you can throw options.
After that, I decided that it would be better to study the written training options, and after monitoring I found 2 options: 1 and 2 .
What do you think is the best place to study? The problem is that I am leaning towards the second option, it seems to me (based on a quick and casual analysis) that it is more structured and there are many tasks, but there are practically no reviews on it on the Internet. Whereas the first option is advised by every first one on the Internet, although having skimmed through the materials I found that there are either 4-5 tasks at most, or there are none at all.
PS A couple of days ago I started reading the book "Learning JavaScript Programming" by Freeman and Robson, while I like everything, but it's still inconvenient to jump from book to laptop, I think it's better to read books to consolidate the material.

You can start with anyone, you still have to continue to "you don't know js", MDN and so on. The developer does not stop learning, new specifications for JS are released every year, plus frameworks are updated and changed.
