I have an idea for an application, but I can’t collect the necessary information, because far from this area.
In general, is there any way to officially watch the results of the game between two players? Through Steam, Battle-no, or some well-known service that people trust?
For example, 2 people agree to find out the relationship, and make the results available to the public - how to do this?

In general, look for a ready-made engine for betting on matches.
There are such ones for DotA, CSGO and others probably too.
