Which of the old OS should I choose to install in VirtualBox?

I was given the task to virtually install one of the old UNIX-like OS, preferably from operating-system.org, I would be very grateful if you recommend any of them. I would be doubly grateful if you point to the installation article.

There is nothing to tell here. Download a CD image of some distribution, for example ubuntu old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases Make
a virtual machine with default parameters and a virtual disk for several gigs. Connect to it the image of the installation disk with the OS and that's it. Follow the prompts of the installation wizard.
