Asus laptop. The fact is that I want to format and install windows but it does not work. What can I do to make it work?
It doesn’t mean choosing a boot where they usually offer to boot from a disk or from a flash drive, I even updated the BIOS to the latest version and even in this case nothing has changed. What do you recommend?

In general, I created a bootable UEFI flash drive with GPT and everything worked out.
I have an old asus x205ta and to open the boot menu you need to press ESC when you turn it on.
If the bootloader is not in UEFI, but the laptop wants only UEFI - it will show this media as bootable - it simply ignores it. The flash drive must have a UEFI bootloader.
