Which of the meta tags are already obsolete?

Some website builders no longer use these meta tags:

<meta name="title" content="Awesome Description Here">

because the page title is taken from <title>. And recently I noticed that they have already stopped using the following:
<meta name="Distribution" content="Global">
 <meta name="Rating" content="General">
 <meta name="Robots" content="INDEX,FOLLOW">
 <meta name="Revisit-after" content="1 Day">

...most likely due to the fact that some search engines do not use this information.
But the keywords tag puzzled me the most. This Western article says that only Bing uses it.
Which meta tags do you use? Is any of the above outdated?

The Keywords tag lost its relevance a long time ago - here is a question about it .
Title does not matter how to prescribe, the main thing is that it is present on every page.
Of the other tags you listed , besides the title, "Robots" has the most relevance in various uses. The rest may not be used.
Of those not listed , more are used - description, content-type.
