Which NOSQL DBMS is the fastest with vertical scaling for a multi-terabyte database?

Hello!
As you know, the vast majority of NOSQL DBMSs assume horizontal scaling - by increasing the number of nodes.
I ask you to advise a DBMS into which you can quickly load several terabytes of data / tens of billions of records on one server , storage is not fast, ordinary disks are in RAID10. RAM 64GB. Cores 12. I would like to get a speed of at least 100k inserts per second over the entire range.
ElasticSearch is very slow, even at the beginning there is no 100k.
Lucy too.
There is experience with Mongo, but something slowly turns out. Starts briskly - from 100k/sec, but already at 300 million records the speed quickly drops to 10k and below.
I tried not to create indexes - the download speed is excellent, 120-200k on the entire range. But creating an index on a 2TB database with 10 billion documents is just infinitely slow.
The data is not a key value, but four separate lines, each requires a clear search.
