Which normal FTP client to choose?

I use the file manager (ISPmanager) only because it works directly with the server (copy-paste, archives, etc.). In my old FTP client (Transmit) it is impossible to create an archive, for example, without downloading it to a computer, but immediately (i.e. using server tools). Can you recommend a good Mac client?
Just in case: I don’t know how to formulate it exactly, but I would like such a program to visually do something with files, and it would give commands to the server through the command line - let the server itself archive, delete, etc. , not my computer (it will be much faster than a regular FTP client).

If I understood correctly, then you need sftp (ssh) access to the server and Cyberduck, in the latter you can configure commands for copying, archiving, etc. directly on the server.
