Which network MFP to choose for the office?

Recommend an MFP for a small office that meets the following criteria:
1) network RJ-45
2) black and white
3) cartridges without a chip
4) an average of 2-3 thousand A4 pages are printed per month
5) preferably HP

Has anyone come across HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225rdn ? Compliant?

HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225rdn is a normal device - a cartridge, when restored it will produce about 2000 pages, if you buy a second one, then with sane maintenance of the original cartridges you will no longer need it - the recovery resource is dozens of times.

In the office at work for 5 years Kiocera 1028 - mileage 70,000 per year. There are no problems - once every 2 months I add toner, and it continues to work. I change the photo cartridge once a year. Once every 2 years I drive for a day in the service.
Actual analogues - Kyocera M2035DN and m2030mfp - were going to buy for another department.
