Which network equipment to choose for 100+PCs (VLAN,VPN)?
Grid is given
about 50 people, this year we will grow to 100. Now the zoo switches are one of the cheapest: tplink tl-sg1024d, dlink dsg-1016d and dsg-1024c, I didn’t buy it.
I have the most experience with Mikrotiks.
Of the equipment, I have a good attitude towards Mikrotik, Cisco, Huawei. In general, options are welcome.
What I want to come to
I would like to gradually transfer the network to something more human and divide it into VLANs. There is a VPN to the data center. The main criterion is to just work.)
Please advise equipment options for:
1) Router
2) Managed switches
3) Unmanaged switches
Your thoughts:
Router: MikroTik RB1100AHx4 or Mikrotik RB4011iGS + RM (for traffic management between networks)
Then gradually the switches: MikroTik CRS326-24G-2S + RM with the transfer of trunk ports to them
PS: I have a good attitude towards gateways on linux, I would have stopped on them, but the boss is more on Windows. And I need him to understand how it works.
PS: The company is not the richest.

1. The more you understand, then you put MTK more understandable to Linux/Windows users than
CIscoLike aimed at networkers it's better to have a couple of CRS354-48G-4S + 2Q + RM in the ring. Better not take CCS, they are controlled only by WEB, neither CLI nor SSH / TL have
3. see routers at https://mikrotik.com/ for the required performance of 1100 and 4011 - in fact the same thing only in different cases (well, 1100 can be more reliable, especially dude). Now 5009 is gaining popularity, it seems like nothing is a piece of iron either.
