The question is the following:
There is a main site, from it it is necessary to make it possible to manage about 10 landing pages. Each landing has some content and a contact form. What CMS/Plugin can be used for these purposes?

If I understand you correctly, then use CMS MODX Evolution. For small projects, I use it, as it is simpler and easier than the Revolution edition.
Create 10 pages in CMS for landing.
If the design differs only in content, then you can make a single template and change [*content*] for each page.
If you need a separate design for each landing, then create a separate template for each page. Fortunately, in MODX this is done as simply as possible.
