Which MS Office should I purchase to use it on Microsoft Windows Server Terminal Server?

A lot of things have been written but I just don't understand. I have a licensed MS Office Prof Plus 2016 for 10 licenses. If I install it, it gives a message: "This copy of MS Office 2016 cannot be used on a computer running Terminal Services. To use office 2016 on a computer running Terminal Services, you must use a volume licensed edition of office."
This implies the installation of this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.a... package "Volume Licensing Package Microsoft Office 2016" over the office or should it be a separate MS office?

@squidw

It is purchased separately and hosted on the corporate portal with VLSC licenses - https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/... As with terminal licenses, how many people work on the sink and license server.
