I won't refuse your offer either, who uses what. I looked through a large number of articles and videos, more confused than making a choice to buy. Watch videos will also be)

And what about programming?
You are considering monitors so that you can comfortably play.
On any gaming monitor, you can do programming as a side activity (as well as any activity related to proofreading and correcting text).
For comfortable work with text, sufficient pixel density on the screen is important. For 24 inches FullHD is acceptable, but not enough, it's better to watch from 2K resolution, for 27 inches you definitely need 2K and higher.
The frame rate is not important here, at least 50 Hz, at least 75, or 144 - it doesn't matter for working with text.
Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free technologies will be useful, as you will have to stare at the screen for 8-10 hours a day.
Of the matrix technologies - if only not the classic TN, if there is IPS or VIA - it's already super.
Everything, there are no more requirements for the text. It is possible to select fonts in the code editor, and to understand whether it is necessary to enable font smoothing.
