How to disable cursor sticking on monitor borders - Windows 10 x64?

Yuzayu 2 monitors, they have different resolutions in height. When moving the cursor between them from the bottom / top to the edge selection, the cursor sticks for 1-3 seconds, you have to raise / lower the cursor to drag it to another monitor.
Is it possible to do something like auto-convert coordinates to a new scale when moving the cursor to another monitor, so that there is no "cutting into the monitor wall"? and in general it is very inconvenient to press buttons close to the border of another monitor, you have to make an arc with the cursor.

One pixel on one monitor is equal to one pixel on the other monitor, they just have a different number of them, so you want the impossible. The maximum that you can do is to arrange the monitors in the settings of the screen parameters so that their location in the settings window approximately corresponds to the real one (raise / lower one of the screens relative to the other). Of course, due to the different physical pixel sizes, the cursor movement on one monitor will still be faster than the other, and the transition from one monitor to another will coincide in physical horizontal only at one height (say, at the most demanded corner), but what do you want.

Most likely it's not the resolution of the monitor. On two identical monitors, this is also there. This is done for convenience, so that you do not have to aim for the window control buttons (minimize, maximize, close) for a long time.
