Which monitor to choose for a designer with astigmatism?

Such is the question. Astigmatism "in fact" manifests itself in the fact that small print gets a duplicate higher, i.e. like doubling. I like the retina, there seems to be no problem there, on the current Phillips 220 WS monitor my eyes start to hurt in half an hour, sometimes I can’t look at all, it burns out straight) I design websites, mobile applications, I want a diagonal of 24 inches and very good quality. Budget 350 euros.
I don’t understand monitors technically well, but I need to buy it before Monday :) I know that it can irritate my eyes due to flicker, but they don’t write about flicker in the characteristics of monitors :) Oh yes, and I’m primarily interested in DELL with their framelessness, but I will be glad to anyone advice.

I agree with sim3x - do not rush, this is the first thing.
Secondly, at 24 inches at Full-HD resolution, it is quite possible to see the pixels, so with such sensitive eyes it is worth taking a larger resolution.
Thirdly, it’s better not to take risks and take a glossy one - gloss, although it gives glare in the light (which doesn’t really interfere), but, as far as I know, it automatically eliminates the pencil effect (flicker) and gives odds to matte screens in terms of picture saturation .
We put these restrictions in the i.market and read the reviews:

True, you can’t set the type of screen surface (glossy / matte) there, sometimes it’s difficult to clarify this information even with the manufacturer - so read the reviews, reviews.
