Which monitor is better for development, UltraWide or 4K (from 32 inches)?

Hello. In the new year, I decided to treat myself to a new monitor and I wanted something really convenient and ultimate, I want everything to fit on one screen and it would be convenient to simultaneously open the IDE, browser, and other programs in parallel in "multi-window" mode (or multitasking).

After looking through the stores and looking at the reviews, I came up with two formats:
1) 34 "UltraWide, 3440 × 1440
2) 32" 4K, 3840 × 2160

What do you think, which format is more suitable for coding? Where is the most convenient place for windows in multitasking mode? UltraWide is great, of course, but I would like to see more lines in height, 4K is better in this regard. What to choose?

It's time to upgrade your monitor
. I have 4k (with 200% scaling). I don't consider anything less than 2160p for myself.

I would advise 2UW in a portrait, but alas, this iyama, although it allows you to rotate the screen, but the height of the stand is not enough, that is, it actually does not know how.
A 32:9 monitor that can pretend to be two monitors would be ideal. But when I was looking for - all 32:9 were "bent" - I did not dare.
p / s / pl3493 can only 75Hz on dp - this should also be borne in mind.
