If you take for development, I advise you to take not one, but two monitors. On one there will be layout, on the other design. I can’t really advise on specific monitors, but I advise you to take AOC. For design, it is better to take a monitor with a resolution of at least 1920 * 1080, with a diagonal of 23.8 ''. For layout, you can take both smaller and simpler.
