Which monitor acoustics 2.0 to choose for listening to music?
Friends, help the unreasonable to understand the choice!
Since ancient times, I have had and have AC 2.1 Sven MS-960 for music, movies and games. Time passes, and games are no longer played, for the cinema everything is already its own system, and you want to listen to music in good quality. In addition, recently I listened to Dali Kubik (a couple) from a neighbor, and life will never be the same again. After weighing my needs and possibilities, I came to the conclusion that I need an active speaker 2.0 in max. 4" woofers and max. 50W of power with a budget of up to 15tr. I found the following options for myself:
1. M-Audio AV42 (4'' + 1'', 40W)
2. Mackie CR4 (4'' + 0.75'', 50W)
3. PreSonus Eris E4.5 (4 ,5''+1'', 50W)
They have almost the same characteristics, but I didn’t find any detailed reviews and comparisons on them, and I’m in a stupor. For the price, I like the AV42 better, but they are the weakest and lowest rated on Amazon. In terms of equipment and design - Eris E4.5, but they are the largest and most expensive. Macs are not liked, but they are constantly compared with them, most of all mentioned and most of all sold. So I want to turn to you, as more advanced people in this area, for advice. Tell me, who knows what:
1. Do any of the voiced models have obvious jambs, because of which they should not be taken?
2. Has anyone compared the sound of these speakers with each other?
3. Basically, am I overthinking? Maybe you should take a regular speaker, for example, SVEN SPS-707 or Sven Stream Light with the same speaker sizes and characteristics? Although I'm not an audiophile, I can easily distinguish the difference in sound, which is why my soul is still drawn to monitor acoustics, and not consumer goods. But what if I'm wrong, and consumer goods are better for listening to flacs?
Thanks in advance for constructive criticism and suggestions!
