Which module to choose for working with elementary graphics in Visual Studio?

I welcome everyone! It is worth saying that I am going to make my own analogue of SketchUp. But first I would like to start drawing something simple in 2D. Tell me some light but meaningful graphical add-on for Visual Studio. And which version of Studio should I use for this.
PS Yes, I'm still going to write under Windows.
