Which module for ocstore 2.3 to use here?

Hello.
The bottom line is that ocstore needs a module that will be convenient for the customer to manage from the admin panel; I am looking for the following module:
a) a module that will display images in the form of a tile / grid
b) the first tile in the photo is in the hover state and only in this state should the information, title and button go to the catalog be displayed --- so here is the data when hover must be edited in the admin
panel Is there such a module for ocstore?

For such a task, I create a duplicate of the slideshow module, and slightly finish the standard functionality of Banners.
