Which modern Nokia phones support AT commands?

Tell me, what modern Nokia phones (from simple budget dialers with Micro USB) support AT commands? I plan to write some Python scripts for sms and calls. I will debug them under Windows, but in the end the phone will be connected to the Raspberry Pi 3.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of articles on the Internet on this topic, where only old phones that are not on sale appear.

If in the description of the phone there is a mention of working as a modem, then it should work.
In general, what for is all this - with the availability and cheapness of conventional USB GSM modems?
