There is a site on Joomla, a command was received to "modernize" it and move from Joomla to something more sensible.
Which CMS best fits the criteria: "modern", "secure", "usable", etc.

Haha, why would a small company website need a CMS at all? Do you have 100,500 products/services/staff? Or are you so public that you change the info three times a day? )
If by subject, I chose WP for my office. I don't think it's worth continuing. It is always "modern" / "safe" / and "usability" from it is downright kapaed.
