Which modern Cisco router to choose for the office?

Good day dear community.
Given:
1. office for 20+ computers + 20-30 mobile/laptops/tablets.
2. 50+ video cameras distributed among 5 DVRs. All from hikvizhen.
3. Several automated production lines, which sometimes need to be connected remotely via UDP.
4. Server 1C on Windows Server.
All in a single network and through one router go to the Internet.
White IP
Through the VPN, 3 more branches are connected, each with 5-10 clients and a dozen more remote employees.

Question: can anyone here advise a Cisco router (of this particular company and no other) that can:
1. VPN + NAT
2. built-in firewall
3. traffic encryption
4. web content filter
5. blocking access from the outside by ranges of ip addresses
6. blocking access from inside to external resources by domain zones
7. supports connection of 4G\LTE USB modem
These are the main requests. If there are additional "goodies", even through an additional license or installation of expansion cards = welcome.
Money for all this - a thing and a half evergreens.

Thanks in advance for your help

You need to look towards the series :
ISR
800
, ISR
1000 .
And later, for the rest of the infrastructure, buy L2 switches, for L2 cameras with PoE, Cisco has all this.
