Which MK from avr is better to choose?

Advise the simplest MK from the avr series under which it will not be difficult to solder a simple programmer yourself.
If you can diagram or link the programmer and programs for MK, I will be grateful.
I'm not interested in the arduino board.

All AVR MKs are programmed the same way.
The simplest but most effective MK from the AVR Atmega 8 (I think so).
You can solder the programmer like this , you can like this , but this is better

Yes, in principle, almost any of the ATMega, ATTiny series in a DIP package.
