There are a lot of "mini-pk" \\ nettops divorced now. It is not clear what to choose.
It is planned to install Win7\8.
Tasks:
- Surfing
- Office: documents\word\excel.
- Flash (Testing flash applications).
Flash applications games, incl. 3D, everything loads the processor / video very well.
Budget 5000 - 15 000 rubles.
The latest experience when buying such devices suggests that, in general, they cope with tasks much worse than "expected", so the question is more for the owners of such devices.

there is a lenovo q190 experience like - after the poppy mini it’s just sadness (wifi work, speed in general - even at the surfing level everything is very bad - chrome here and there)
but even the youngest minka is still more expensive.
