Which minimalist php framework to choose for json-restful-api?

Prompt php minimalist framework for json-restful-api. So far, the choice is leaning towards using the slim php framework (it has development and translation at vk.com/club56917275 ). The second option is silex, which has a big brother like symfony. If you have already solved a problem such as: organizing a backend API for web applications and mobile applications, then advise something.

developed a rest API on silex - they were very satisfied, so I advise you to stop on it;)

I would take laravel , plus it is that it is specifically for REST and is made.

With both hands for Silex or Laravel, but if you need a very minimalistic framework (~ 50kb), then look towards Fatfree Framework or FlightPHP. In them, the REST API is quite easy to implement.
