Which microcomputer to choose for my tasks?

There was a choice between two microcomputers for educational purposes.
I will use them mainly through SSH, run scripts in python, node js, etc.
I also plan to raise apach + mysql + php on it in order to master them and in the future I may try to make the site not local but global.
So the choice is between Raspberry Pi3 and Onion Omega 2+ ( https://docs.onion.io/omega2-docs/first-time-setup...
If I have no questions about raspberry, I'm sure that he has all these tasks maybe I can decide, then I want to hear your opinion about the second one.The documentation says that PHP, Node, python, git it supports all this, that is, it will be possible to safely run scripts, and make a simple torrent rocking chair or something else. But I doubt that it will pull the LAMP stack although for some reason I hope so.
The choice lies more with Omega 2+
. I'm waiting for your opinions, and maybe someone has a local LAMP web server up and running, how many resources does it use?

Start with a virtual machine. And when you determine what resources are needed for your tasks, you will choose a piece of iron.

Take Raspberry as the most versatile and supported option.
And yes, not a single single-payer will especially go under the server. Several users maximum, although of course it depends on the tasks. It's easier to get hosting.
