Which media player to choose?

I want to pick up a player for myself: htpc, ready-made solutions, sat-receivers, anything.
The requirements are: usb 3.0 or higher or sata 2 or higher. 4k 60fps over hdmi. Sound 5.1 7.1 pass through. Price up to 25k. The ability to download torrents, torrent TV, skype, youtube, web browser should be.
