Which MC to choose for the task?

Hello!
Need advice. I want to start (as a hobby) programming MK. There is no experience in MK, in programming - full web, si.
Please help me choose a microcontroller for the task:
I want to make it like a printer, only a 2D pen for writing notes. It is banal that the device stands around the notebook and moves the handle over the area of the notebook. Something like a 3D printer. + I would like to upload my text in txt, doc format (it doesn't matter), via bluetooth, wifi (it doesn't matter either, just the very essence ..)
I rummaged through the internet and something 2 sunk into my soul: AVR and STM. Apparently, the STM32 will be cooler, but, apparently, more complicated .. Will only ATS be enough for me for this task?
If suddenly in this case there is no difference (in terms of price, performance), then I would prefer MK with a large number of understandable Guides and other information.

It is banal that the device stands around the notebook and moves the handle over the area of the notebook.

for such a task (to control a 2-coordinate CNC), an arduino is enough.
I would like to upload my text in txt, doc format (it doesn't matter),

and for this you need a program that builds trajectories (according to the text?) - this is no longer a task for the microcontroller.
although there is probably enough of such goodness, there are all sorts of engravers and so on.
