Which master's program should a microcontroller programmer choose?

This year I will have to enter the magistracy, and I cannot decide on the direction and university. Are there universities in Russia that are engaged in programming various microcontrollers, FPGA (in practice, not on paper)? What directions are closest to this?
I will make a clarification: behind my back is a bachelor's degree (not yet completed) in radiophysics, there is no desire to go deeper into the study of physics.

Better get a job / part-time job / internship at a research center (or something like that) at any more or less large office. In the department dealing with microcontrollers and there colleagues will help you and direct you on the path of a professional. Plus, you will have free access to a bunch of things that cost money but you can get at work for free: programmers, debug boards, licenses (such as Danfos), and other stray things.
By the way, I had to go down this path. As a result, my real experience is dripping into the lines of my resume (+ I’m studying for a master’s degree), and classmates study and travel around Europe for internships (from the university, in 1 year there were 2 internships, one for 2 weeks, the second for 5 months). However, looking at them, I do not regret that I went to work, because at work you gain the experience that universities will not give you. Plus, the level of knowledge is growing faster. I was at the end of the list in terms of academic performance, but those people who remained did not go to work in parallel according to their profile, they look with round eyes when you tell what you do and how you do it, it is difficult for them.

If you want to study, then choose a place where you can not study the most, i.e. where you can devote more time to self-development at home, because they won’t really teach you anything
. Participation in real projects in a year will give you more than all the training somewhere at the university for all the time
