Which location to use in Cloud Firestore for Russia?

, you need to specify a location in Cloud Firestore , the application will work exclusively in Russia and possibly the CIS countries southamerica-east1 europe-west2 europe-west3 asia-east2 asia-northeast1 asia-south1 australia-southeast1

Europe is small, and Russia is big, but for the most part from europe-west3 (Frankfurt) ping should be the best (in my AWS this is # 1 region for the Russian Federation). States do not look at all
