Which load balancer to choose?

Load balancing

There is a heavy web application on 10 web servers.
Currently actively looking for a suitable balancer.
The network is mostly one marketing, so I would like to hear the opinion of experts.
Basic requirements:
- HTTP / S load balancing Layer4-7
- Request-based routing
- Caching
- SSL Offload We
looked towards loadbalancer.org as an inexpensive solution, but we don’t want to deviate from Best Practice.
What can you advise on the ratio of functionality / price / quality?
