Which linux is more optimized: deepin or elementary os?

Hello everyone, I installed deepin on my old computer and at first everything was great, but then it started freezing when opening a large number of tabs in the browser and some applications hung sometimes (whatsapp). And now I'm thinking: will elementary os work better? I just don’t want to reinstall the system, because. already settled a little in the axis and do not want to set everything up again in a new way.
System:
CPU: pentium g620
mother: ESC H61M
RAM: 4GB
hard disk: seagate 500 GB

No need to wait for a miracle - when you open a large number of heavy tabs, the brakes will be irrespective of the OS.
And badly made applications, on some electron, slow down even on fairly decent computers.
You just need to understand that no matter how demanding the operating system itself is, and no matter how few resources it eats itself, this will not help much to work well with resource-demanding applications, such as modern browsers ...

And what about the axle? Two dozen tabs are easily bent down, especially if they contain videos, heavy scripts, and a hundred of them will put a more powerful percentage in the position of a company machine gun. No matter how you optimize the axis, you also need to optimize applications.
