Which linux distribution uses the latest kernel versions?

Help me find a distribution that uses the latest linux kernel.
Preferably not too difficult in terms of getting used to / mastering (of course, I can install arch, but only according to the guide, I usually use kubuntu or lm).
Preferably high-performance, without unnecessary pre-installed software at the start, and so that the installation of simple tools like vs code does not turn into a build quest from source.
Basically, any WM support will do, but GNOME, KDE Plasma, Xfce are in priority.
Thanks in advance
