Which library for OpenGL to choose?

For some time (quite a short time) I taught the GLUT library under OpenGL. Later it turned out that there are many libraries for OpenGL: GLUT, GLSL, GLEW, GLFW, SFML, GLES, etc. And everything would be fine if they just had a slightly different assembly, errors were fixed somewhere, etc. , so each library is designed for its own.
I would like to ask knowledgeable people what library to learn for game development?
PS As far as we know, sfml is perfect for games, but perhaps for 2D. We would like something "more voluminous".
