Which laser printer to buy at home?

I need a printer to print contracts once a week. In general, for not very active use.
I looked in the direction of the xerox phaser 3020.
I need a simple budget laser printer, which can then be refilled without a headache, without stories that they say “if there was X, then reloading is not a problem, but here you need to reflash the chip, write a program in assembler, buy a new drum, and a special toner to order from Germany".
Of the vybrykov, I would like to have Wi-Fi.
ZYZH offered some kind of "Pantum" in the store, but I refused, because. if he dies, most likely you just have to buy something new, and because. I get it, it will be Samsung, because they are everywhere.
UPDATE still did not convince to abandon the original plan, and took the Xerox Phaser 3020
From what they advised, Brother did not take because I wanted something more ... well-known brand, and so that, as they said, I didn’t have to solve the problem in a year by buying a new printer. There was also advice to take kenon on Avito and without Wi-Fi, but I prefer a new one and realized the need for Wi-Fi so that I don’t drag the wires around the apartment from the next closet. There was advice to take another Zirox model, but then it dawned on me that I still need to look at the dimensions, so it didn’t fit, because. stupidly does not fit (only back to back) in a cabinet intended for a printer.
Thank you all for your help!

Xerox - unpredictable complexity of refilling, Kyocera in the budget segment - just slag, HP consider themselves leaders and fight for the brand, while cartridges in budget models are scanty, just change them. Samsung has never made good printers, Canon is tearing up HP, forgetting to copy normal drivers, Epson is not at all in the segment of budget laser printers. Pantum - the Chinese came to the market and will make you cheap at your expense: tolerable printing until it breaks, and while there are even ready-made kits from a cartridge with a chip for refilling, but in a year they will not be, and you will go for a new printer.
I took the dcp-1610wr MFP from Brazer home, so far I'm satisfied, especially the Wi-Fi work ...
