Jobs not spooled (and not printed) - Server 2019. How to fix?

New Windows 2019 server, only RDP from roles. About 50 users.
Some people have the following problem: when sending to print, the job does not even appear in the queue.
If you log out of the session (end it) and log in again - it works fine. Work through Easy Print.
Sessions work normally do not hang up.
The hardware is fast enough, 64 GB RAM, SSD disks.
Tell me, what could be the matter?
Ping to RDP server about 30ms. The speed both in the office where the clients and in the office where the server is about 100 Mbps. If anyone can help on this issue, I would also be very grateful.
PS: The problem is on different printer models with different drivers.
PPS: Removed the question about KKM from the text. That situation was sorted out, and it confused many people, and these are not related things. And a new clarification about the printer driver - kyocera printers with the PCL5 driver work (sometimes slower).
