Which laptop to get for graphic design?

You need a laptop for graphic design and work in the corresponding programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Budget + -65k I googled a
little and found several options, but I doubt it very much. In 1, there is a good screen and charging via type C with the ability to charge from a power bank, but they say there is not enough memory and power with a gulkin nose for such a price, and in the second, the screen is so-so and holds a charge a little, and I’m afraid it will be very noisy like most gaming laptops. You can't sit in pairs like that.
The laptop is needed for the time of study (approximately 4 years)
Which one is worth taking (I'm more inclined to 1) and are there any better options for this price?
