Which laptop to choose when developing applications for Android?

Price category: up to 60k (+5k or cheaper)
256GB SSD
RAM: 8GB (well, if you can grow it)
Battery: should keep at least 4 hours with heavy workload (it’s not stupid to watch a movie)
I work outside the house, I don’t need a 3kg brick. Preferably 2kg. 1.5 in general ideal
I looked after myself Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6
The processor works at a clock speed of 1.6. When developing for android, it can hang, I think.
Well, in general, tell me who is already special in this matter, which one is better to take.

Android Studio takes 1.5-2 gigabytes of memory. Plus running one emulator is about the same. Plus, an open browser, since you will constantly be looking for something, instant messengers like Slack or Telegram and other trifles. In short, with 8 gigs of RAM, it will always back-to-back and slow down. I sighed only when at work they added up to 16 gigs. And in general it is convenient to code on 3 monitors - studio. browser, emulator on different monitors. I would not like to suffer on a laptop, thank God I don’t have to.

16, no less
you can see on amazon a used macbook pro 15 years old (not worth it above)
it is very important to look at a normal four-core processor, in no case slack cores and the like

Just a couple of weeks ago, a laptop arrived from eBay.
HP Elitebook 840 G3- 16Gb ram / 520Gb SSD / Core I7
Weighs 1.5kg
In addition to it, I took two docking stations: home and office. All peripherals and a monitor are connected to the docking stations.
Shipping for everything cost a little pain 800 dollars.
