Which laptop to choose for work in Intellij Idea?

The question arose of choosing a laptop for work. Intellij idea, 10+ chrome tabs, postman, db and more. Spring projects. But the budget is limited - 50 thousand. At the moment I found only one contender:
1) ASUS VivoBook X412FA-EB691T
Will it be enough for such requirements? And if that's not enough, what other options are there?

The percentage is weak, there is not enough memory. 14FHD only with good vision.
But if there are no more powerful options, then it is possible to work, in principle, even quite comfortably.
It is advisable to increase the ram to 16GB.

14 inches are not very suitable for work, unless it is urgent to check something on the go.
