Which laptop to choose according to the specified criteria?

Immediately I ask you to refrain from commenting if "Google to help", "learn to use the search" and the like escapes from you.
I need advice from people who had the same question and found a solution in this price range in 2020, who have experience in choosing laptops, or just those who have felt specific models and can offer them.
It’s impossible to make a choice on your own because of the persistent thought “what if I find it better and / or cheaper.”
The criteria are listed below, and the background is as follows:
You need a laptop for studying (IT-direction), for working with IDE, Photoshop, etc. with good multitasking (a lot of open windows), I like to play games and for this I was lucky to have a good PC, but I often want to play all sorts of "small things" like Factorio and processor-demanding games (SC2) and do it not at home. The laptop will be with me in pairs, and therefore I want to be able to charge from Powerbank.
I am ready to deal with a separate upgrade and additional purchase of SSD and / or RAM, if it is cheaper. I heard this opinion.
So it goes. I would be very grateful to those who can name a specific model(s): )

What I need:

  1. Price: less than 50.000 rubles at the current rate (less is better)
  2. Processor: as above
  3. Video card: under the above
  4. Memory: SSD 256GB+
  5. RAM: 8GB+
  6. Diagonal: 15/15.6 inches
  7. Resolution: Full HD
  8. Matrix IPS (quite on the edge of TN)
  9. USB Type-c 3.1 charging connector (for charging from PB)

15.6" will be hard to carry. I suggest
MSI Modern 14 B4MW

  • Price up to 50k
  • Easy to carry, the diagonal is the best for a student
  • SSD and RAM according to your requirements
  • FullHD IPS matrix
  • 4 ryzen, will pull even difficult toys on average
  • Type C for charging as you requested
  • Can add RAM up to 64GB, not soldered
