Hello, I was also looking for a small laptop with 2 disks. But unfortunately I didn't find it. All I could find was a 17 inch model with a raid. In the end, I just took a regular laptop and bought a Seagate Momentus XT hybrid hard drive, 500Gb + 4Gb SSD. The stump is clear, this is not a pure SSD, but there is a performance increase in some applications. But basically it is almost the same as the usual 7200 rpm
I took one for myself , only with HDD, there are versions with SSD 128GB and HDD 500GB 7200rpm, there is a replaceable CD drive in the laptop, you can put a second HDD instead.
Proc 2520M, supports VT-x and VT+d (+ goodies like hardware AES), there shouldn't be any problems with KVM.
And all this in 13.3, the only thing is that there is no video card, but for a workhorse there should be no problems.
About two drives in one compact laptop. It seems to me that you should look towards dell latitude.
I recently bought my mom a laptop for the same price tag. Toshiba R630 is practically out of competition:
market.yandex.ru/model-spec.xml?modelid=6352318&hid=91013
Only 1.4 kg, metal surfaces, pleasant to the touch, good stuffing, good battery life.
But he has a seat. Maybe you can change it to ssd - I don't know.
Didn't find what you were looking for?
