There are enough models for everyone, there is a choice. But how reliable are all these asus, lenovo, hp, I don’t know, I didn’t use anything. You need the minimum required performance (i3, 4 gb ram, built-in video, HDD), but the maximum quality and reliability are direct.
For the indicated price, do you think it is possible to make some more or less meaningful purchase? What is the most ideal for this money (+-) in your opinion, maybe there is something in mind?

For the money you can buy a Macbook Air. The performance there will be exactly according to your requests, but the reliability is 10 times better than any asus, and even more so lenovo / hp.
