Which laptop is best for my purposes?

Need a laptop for front-end, back-end, surfing, design, work with ssh tunnels, virtual machines. Also important is the matte surface of the screen, ips screen, 1920x1080.
Lightweight, oversized, for possible travel. This turned out to be the asus ux303lb. It has both a video card and a processor suitable for my needs. That's true, it is sold only with 1000 GB of memory. Is it possible to change hdd to ssd 500? (ssd is possible there, only half)?
Also interested in the performance difference between asus ux 303 lb and asus 305fa. Comparing i-7 5500U and Core M 5Y10 processors.

zenbook good machines
take only ssd, 256 max, as I understand it,
but in general we should strive for 8 GB in ultrabooks, 4 GB of memory is still not enough
