Tell me a framework with which you can create a SPA application and all this will work stably even in IE8.

Backbone.js - but it's a lib, not a framework.
Top frameworks like Angular or Ember only work on IE9+.

jQyery I think :) True, you should always test in all browsers that you want to support, no matter what anyone says.
