There is no ideal pill, my opinion is that all the extensions you mentioned are harmful. If you do not understand how to optimize, then no extension will help.
How to live in 2k20 with optimization in joomla:

  • Use http2 (This will avoid gluing all css/js files into one heap)
  • Use standard joomla cache features
  • Use defer/async when including scripts
  • Minimize presence or opt out of jquery/mootools
  • Use font-display:swap; for fonts
  • Optimize images for screen size
  • If you create templates yourself, then use the gulp / webpack collectors
  • gzip if you're not using it yet

There is a plugin for Russian-speaking developers JsCssManipulate that will simplify the removal and configuration of css / js. Photo in the settings of the component that you use for content, for http2 in the hosting settings.

I would recommend Cloudflare. They have a free plan that provides not only protection against attacks, but also content caching + code optimization. Additionally, you can secure your site with an SSL certificate for free.

JSpeed is definitely good. I use it, I'm satisfied (tried different ones). But it's not a cache.
A sane developer, responds promptly (English).
JotCache - after several "white screens" on the site, for unknown reasons, abandoned it. Plus, for some reason, it is not being developed by the developer. A possible reason is that the standard cache is already good enough on its own.
PS But in general, I would not put all the optimization on extensions. It is better to do everything that you can immediately, taking into account optimization.
