There is a problem:
1. during work, when going to some pages of the site, an error occurred Error 424 (blocked by security rules)
2. after disabling the processing of the ModSecurity rule on the host, the site worked fine
3. after clearing the cache, the site worked fine both at home and at work
4. After 2 days, when you go to pages that previously had a 424 error, styles are not loaded now.
Error in console:

The problem was solved at random: after enabling ModSecurity on the hosting, then turning it off and clearing the cache on the site.
