Which IT companies located in California can be visited on a tour?

Good afternoon everyone!
I plan to visit the USA and would like to get on tours of leading companies that are located in California (namely, from Los Andeles to San Francisco). I’m not just learning from the IT sphere, and apart from giants like Google, Facebook, nothing else immediately comes to mind. Maybe someone has been and will tell you where to go) Other innovative companies, such as Tesla, etc., are also interesting.
I would be grateful for any advice, maybe just "throw" the names .. and then I'll already "google".

The likes of Google and Facebook are just public companies. Most tours do not.
In principle, Google is interesting. Several campuses with snacks, bicycles everywhere and a nearby parking row to buildings exclusively for electric vehicles - there were 10-15 different models of different models.
Near the MS office in Silicon Valley there is a museum of computer history, you can touch the cray-1.
