Google blocked the wrong app in the Android Market?

Good afternoon!
The problem is this: I had an application Earth HD Free Edition ( Earth HD Free Edition on androidzoom ). Scored 70,000 downloads in a month, came out in Russia in the tops of live wallpapers (6th place among free ones).
One morning on November 4th, I discovered that it was blocked for violating Disney copyrights (WTF???).
I can’t sell anything now - on November 7 they suspended me because of copyrights and Checkout. So now I'm under siege.
What is strange:
1) The paid version of this application remained hanging (although it contains 3 times more features) and no one suspended it. But I hid it after 3 days, because. Checkout does not plow and stupidly no one can buy it.
2) There is NOT A WORD about my application in the attached DMCA letter.
11 days ago, I sent several requests to Google support, wrote a couple more counter-DMCA letters and nothing - silence in response. Then he sent a few more but to no avail.
I don’t know what to do anymore, are there any other ways to somehow get through to Google? And will they somehow compensate for the damage (it's a pity to lose 4th place among the most downloaded paid wallpapers), at least by restoring in the tops. Although there is little hope for this.
PS As it is already clear, my application does not apply in any way to Disney and does not violate copyrights, tk. 100% handmade.

You still do not know how Google's technical support works? In a nutshell: no way. It's a shame, but 99% of questions to Google go nowhere. Write more =) Maybe your letter will be noticed among the million daily letters in TP.

I join the previous opinion about the work of Google technical support
in my experience of communicating with their technical support, I can say that you need to look for the e-mail of real people,
look for blogs of responsible persons, any contacts of people working in this area who are really concerned about the image of the office,
and not all sorts of their web forms, from which either an answer will come from a robot, or some dense Hindu who cannot connect two words in English, and answers only with a copy-paste of ten blanks.

And if you try to write to Disney? It should be easy to get in touch with their lawyers.
And you were most likely blocked for:
"Ice Age" theme.
Do you have a theme with a rabid squirrel or with an ice-covered Earth? :)
