Which tablet is better than PGP or OTR, or give me some info please, where is it written on the fingers which key is better? For regular chat in Jabber!

OTR. It's trite because the solutions for the gabber have been worked out and tweaked, and PGP is hacked with some tambourines (small ones, though).
PGP was designed for something else, in the era of email and file-level encryption.
