Which is better to use Intel XDK or PhoneGap? Where can I find step-by-step instructions for creating an application in them?

There is already a working interface based on Framework7 from which you need to get working applications for iOS and Android .
I am faced with a choice between:
Intel XDK
or

PhoneGap
1) Which is easier and faster to master? What platform is the faster app coming from?
2) Where can I find step-by-step instructions for building an application in these environments? I'm not at all interested in working with the console in Unix, the development is carried out in the Windows environment, so I want to use the GUI of these programs.
3) I would also be glad for any recommendations of alternative ways (maybe some online services) for creating ready-made applications for iOS and Android from Framework7 / HTML5

you need to master js-css-html - it takes years
Intel XDK and PhoneGap just give you an extra api for your js-css-html program
